Dubai: ENOC has taken a central role in driving sustainable aviation during the Dubai Airshow by supplying Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) to Jetex aircraft and presenting a range of clean energy technologies.
The participation aligns with national priorities to transition the energy sector and accelerate the path toward net-zero emissions.
Hussain Sultan Lootah, Acting CEO of ENOC Group, stated that the Group has remained committed to delivering reliable and future-ready energy solutions that align with the Dubai Clean Energy Strategy 2050 and the Dubai Green Mobility Strategy 2030.
The deployment of SAF has supported Jetex’s wider sustainability efforts, as the aviation services provider has continued to invest in reducing carbon emissions across its global operations.
Jetex Founder and CEO Adel Mardini said that the organization has focused on reducing emissions, enhancing recycling practices, and adopting new green technologies, adding that the availability of SAF during the event demonstrates progress toward cleaner aviation operations.

As part of its broader clean energy portfolio, ENOC has showcased its partnership with Dubai Airports to transition ground operations from traditional fuels to biodiesel. A dedicated ENOC biofuel tanker has been highlighted as an example of low-carbon logistics that support more sustainable airport infrastructure.
In addition, ENOC’s hydrogen fueling station at Expo City Dubai has played a key role in powering a hydrogen-fueled airport bus operated by COBUS during the event. The station, launched in 2021, integrates hydrogen, hydrocarbon, and electric energy sources, demonstrating a flexible and scalable model for green mobility applications.
ENOC has emphasized that its initiatives at the Dubai Airshow form part of a larger strategy to foster energy transition, encourage cleaner transport solutions, and support collaborative efforts within the aviation ecosystem. The Group’s technologies, partnerships, and fuel innovations have shown practical ways the sector can reduce emissions while ensuring efficient operations.
Through its SAF supply, hydrogen infrastructure, and biodiesel solutions, ENOC has contributed to a more sustainable Airshow environment and reinforced its role in helping the aviation industry adopt low-emission energy sources.
The Group has stated that it continues to prioritize innovation as a core driver of future mobility and remains committed to supporting the UAE’s long-term sustainability goals.
