Dubai: The Emirates Group has renewed its collaboration with Airbus Beyond, extending the Airbus Leadership Program for Emirati talent for another three years. The agreement was formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed by Amira Al Falasi, Emirates Group’s Senior Vice President, Training & Development, and Airbus Beyond CEO Adam McGonigal. The ceremony was attended by senior representatives from both organizations.
This renewed partnership continues Airbus Beyond’s tailored training modules aimed at empowering the Group’s UAE National workforce with leadership capabilities tailored to meet industry demands. Since its inception, the program has supported over 45 UAE Nationals across three cohorts, blending industry expertise with leadership skills to equip participants for high-impact roles.
The two-module program combines theoretical learning with practical application. Module 1, held at Airbus’s headquarters in Toulouse, focuses on self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and confidence-building. Module 2, conducted in Singapore, emphasizes real-world business simulations, analytical skills, and problem-solving. Each module spans five days, providing a comprehensive learning experience.
This initiative complements the Emirates Group’s broader efforts to develop Emirati leaders through specialized training programs that align with its business goals and long-term vision.
