Dubai: Emaar Properties and Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) have advanced their joint venture with the unveiling of Terra Gardens, the latest community within the Expo Living masterplan at Expo City Dubai.
Building on the success of Terra Heights, the new phase reinforces the long-term vision of developing an integrated, sustainable, and vibrant urban destination.
Spanning 451,295 square meters, Expo Living has been envisioned as a comprehensive community featuring residential, retail, hospitality, and commercial components. The masterplan includes five residential clusters, comprising a total of 3,555 units, with thoughtfully designed public spaces, green areas, and community amenities.
Terra Gardens introduces 560 residential units that blend modern design with natural surroundings. The community features landscaped courtyards, shaded walkways, jogging tracks, and multi-use sports facilities including padel and volleyball courts. Residents will also enjoy a central park, outdoor cinema, fitness areas, and direct access to Expo Mall, a curated retail and dining hub.

Designed to promote well-being and community connection, Terra Gardens offers residents access to green parks, yoga and meditation zones, children’s play areas, and a pet park. The design prioritizes outdoor living and social interaction while being closely linked to Expo City Dubai’s cultural, entertainment, and business attractions.
