Abu Dhabi: Economy Middle East and Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) have announced their partnership for the second edition of the Economy Middle East Summit, scheduled for May 15, 2025.
This collaboration builds on the success of the inaugural event, reinforcing the UAE’s position as a global hub for economic growth and innovation.
The 2025 summit, themed ‘Bridging Sectors, Building Economic Growth’, will focus on fostering cross-sector collaboration to address emerging challenges and unlock opportunities for sustainable development.
The MoU was signed by Joe Chidiac, CEO of JC Media Group and Publisher of Economy Middle East, and Mohammed Al Mheiri, Chief Communication Officer at ADGM.
The event will bring together over 1,500 delegates, including ministers, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and executives from leading international organizations.
Key sectors to be addressed include Economics, Banking and Finance, Technology, Cybersecurity, AI, Hospitality and Tourism, Real Estate, and Energy.
The summit will also underscore Abu Dhabi’s role as a global hub for innovation, startups, and investments, while attracting entrepreneurs and international media for wide-reaching participation.
Joe Chidiac highlighted the significance of the partnership, emphasizing the summit’s role in advancing regional collaboration and building a stronger global economy.
Mohammed Al Mheiri expressed anticipation for impactful dialogues driving innovation, sustainability, and long-term growth.
The first Economy Middle East Summit, held in May 2024 at ADGM, explored the theme ‘Accelerating Future Growth’ and welcomed Abdullah bin Touq Al Marri, UAE Minister of Economy.
It featured over 1,000 attendees and discussions on economic diversification, innovation, and global investment trends shaping the international economy.
