Dubai: In line with its ambitions to make Dubai the global city with the best quality of life and to further improve its appeal as the world’s best city to visit, live, work, invest in, and study, the Government of Dubai has revealed that it will offer the coveted Esaad Privilege Card, free of any cost to 5-year and 10-year Golden Visa holders.
GOLDEN VISA
Since the launch of the long-term residency scheme, 65,000 people in Dubai have benefited from the distinguished Golden Visa.
The category of Golden Visa holders who will receive the Esaad Card are;
- Investors in Public Investment Funds, Real Estate Investors and Entrepreneurs
- People with Specialized Talents and Researchers in Science and Knowledge, such as Scientists, Doctors, Specialists, Inventors, and
- Creative people in Culture and Art
The segment also includes executive directors, specialized academics, professional sportspeople, PhD degree holders specializing in engineering or science, humanitarian aid workers, and outstanding university and high-school graduates.
ESAAD PRIVILEGE CARD
Launched as a Loyalty Program in 2018 by the General Directorate of Dubai Police, Essad Card, provides extensive benefits and discounts across several sectors, including healthcare, education, hospitality, entertainment, real estate, and restaurants, among others.
The exclusive offers and discounts offered by the Card to its members including eligible government employees, can be availed at 7,237 brands and businesses within the UAE and across 92 countries worldwide.
Mr. Abdulla Mohammed Al Basti, Secretary General of The Executive Council of Dubai, remarked about the scheme.
The Secretary General of The Executive Council of Dubai further added that, “We are proud of Team Esaad’s outstanding efforts and for creating a diverse and compelling range of incentives across various sectors. They have spread the concept of happiness as a core value within the Dubai society whilst enhancing the government’s focus on supporting our leadership’s vision to make Dubai the happiest place in the world.”
