Dubai: Dubai South, a leading master development hub in aviation, logistics, and real estate, has started construction on a new logistics facility in its Logistics District in partnership with INDU Kishore Logistics. This 23,000-square-meter facility, with a storage capacity of 75,000 pallets, is foreseen to streamline logistics processes through state-of-the-art automation, allowing fast and efficient shipment handling.
The project, set for fulfillment in Q3 2025, represents a major step in INDU Kishore Logistics’ growth process to expand its multi-industry logistics capabilities, particularly within the automotive and aerospace sectors. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by AbdulBasit AlMarzouqi, Deputy CEO of the Logistics District, Dubai South, and Kishore Lakhani, Chairman of INDU Group, alongside senior executives from both companies.
Mohsen Ahmad, CEO of the Logistics District at Dubai South stated that, “This facility will add immense value to the logistics sector and strengthen our role in making Dubai a global logistics hub. We are committed to supporting INDU Kishore Logistics in its growth journey.”
Kush Lakhani, Managing Partner at INDU Kishore Logistics, underlined the strategic timing of the expansion, noting the alignment with increased demand in key sectors and the anticipated expansion of Al Maktoum International Airport.
