Dubai: The 2024 Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC) will take place from October 26 to November 24. Initiated in 2017 by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, this annual fitness festival encourages participants to engage in 30 minutes of daily activity for 30 days.
With a diverse range of free classes, sporting events, and group workouts, participants can choose from yoga, cycling, HIIT, and dance, all aimed at promoting a healthier lifestyle.

During the event, the city will become a vibrant fitness hub with Community Fitness Hubs offering diverse workout options, including running, cycling, and yoga. Dubai Run
The famous Dubai Run is on Sunday 24 November 2024 hosted at Hatta Dam presented by Mai Dubai, marking the grand finale of the month-long Dubai Fitness Challenge. Over 200,000 participants of all fitness levels join this event as they make their way past some of Dubai’s most iconic landmarks, choosing between 5km and 10km routes along the famous Sheikh Zayed Road.
Since its launch in 2017, the Dubai Fitness Challenge has inspired millions to adopt healthier lifestyles, with over 2.4 million participants in 2023. The 2024 edition aims to enhance this impact by offering a wide range of city-wide events, free workouts, tournaments, and wellness opportunities, all designed to encourage the community to stay active.
