Dubai: To raise the standards of service and innovation in the cultural sector and to grow towards a better position through strategic partnership, Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has signed a cooperation agreement with Dubai Quality Group (DQG).
This partnership will act as a platform for connecting leaders in quality and excellence, both locally and globally. The focus areas include culture, arts, women’s empowerment, innovation, and technology. This collaboration aligns with Dubai Culture’s mission to enhance the cultural landscape in Dubai, while also supporting DQG’s goal of promoting best practices across the UAE.
As part of this agreement, Dubai Culture will sponsor several awards organized by DQG, including the Emirates Women Award, the UAE Innovation Award, the International Ideas Arabia Award, the UAE Ideas Award, the Global Artificial Intelligence Award, the Global Continuous Improvement Award, and the Medical Excellence MENA Award. These awards aim to recognize and encourage innovation and excellence in various fields.
The partnership was formalized in the presence of key figures, including Hala Badri, Director-General of Dubai Culture; Dr. Hazza Khalfan Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Dubai Quality Group; Dr. Loay Mohmoud Helless, Manager of Corporate Excellence Section at Dubai Culture; and Samira Mohammed Shaloh, Director-General of Dubai Quality Group.
Additionally, this partnership will benefit Dubai Culture employees by offering them access to DQG’s consulting services and workshop programs. These programs cover important topics such as risk management, mystery shopper strategies, Lean Sigma management, and business continuity. Employees will also have the opportunity to participate in DQG’s benchmarking services, helping them to improve their professional skills and competitiveness.
