Dubai: The Dubai AI Campus, an initiative of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), is hosting the first-ever Dubai AI & Web3 Festival from 11th to 12th September at Madinat Jumeirah. The event will bring together over 6,000 participants from 100 countries, emphasizing Dubai’s leadership in digital economies and AI advancements.
The festival aligns with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to establish Dubai as a global digital economy hub and a center for technological innovation. The event will demonstrate how AI and Web3 technologies can drive comprehensive, sustainable development.
Key highlights include the participation of 500 investors and 100 exhibitors, along with top decision-makers and industry leaders. The event aims to explore AI’s commercial potential and its role in shaping global economic trends. Essa Kazim, Governor of DIFC, remarked, “Dubai continues to recognise the importance of innovation to cement its reputation as one of the world’s leading technology hubs.”
Arif Amiri, CEO of DIFC Authority, added, “The Dubai AI & Web3 Festival… shows how the Centre is at the forefront of AI innovation.” Key themes will include the future of AI, its economic impact, and its applications across public and private sectors.
The event will feature over 20 global unicorn companies and major venture capital firms. Additionally, the Future Tech Talks series will address cutting-edge technologies and funding trends. The FutureTech World Cup, a startup competition, will offer winners mentorship, international exposure, and strategic partnerships.
Dubai’s commitment to technology and innovation is clear through initiatives like this festival, positioning the Emirate as a key player in global AI adoption.
