Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Endowments and Minors’ Funds Management Authority (Awqaf Abu Dhabi) has launched the Baytak Fel Jannah campaign for Eid Al Adha, aiming to raise funds for building and maintaining mosques in Abu Dhabi.
The Baytak Fel Jannah campaign offers a specialized platform for collecting donations through the use of cutting-edge digital payment technologies, streamlining the donation process for Abu Dhabi’s citizens and residents.
The campaign includes distributing cards with QR codes and signs to several mosques in Abu Dhabi. It also includes a social media marketing campaign on Awqaf Abu Dhabi’s platforms.
To donate to the fund, individuals may use their cellphones to scan the QR code, which will lead them to the online payment platform. From there, they can select the payment method and donation amount, finishing the process in a matter of seconds.
The Abu Dhabi Government’s plan to accelerate digital transformation and use technology to improve security and transparency in the fundraising process is in line with the launch of the Baytak Fel Jannah campaign.
In addition, the plan seeks to minimize the time and effort required for donors by offering simple techniques. A larger audience can be reached thanks to this digital transition, which also offers flexibility in terms of payment options and methods.
In addition to encouraging greater community involvement in mosque upkeep and construction, Baytak Fel Jannah offers a more environmentally friendly way to donate via contemporary technology as opposed to conventional donation boxes.
