Ras Al Khaimah: Air Arabia has announced the launch of a new direct route linking Ras Al Khaimah International Airport to Islam Karimov Tashkent International Airport in Uzbekistan. Starting 27th December 2024, the weekly flights will operate every Friday, further improving the emirate’s connectivity.
Adel Al Ali, Group Chief Executive Officer of Air Arabia, highlighted the significance of this expansion, stating that, “We are glad to announce the launch of direct flights to Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, further expanding our growing network from Ras Al Khaimah. This new route reflects our dedication to developing our tourism offering and providing passengers with trustworthy and affordable air travel options.”
The new Tashkent route follows the recent addition of direct flights to Moscow, highlighting the airline’s focus on offering convenient travel options to and from Ras Al Khaimah.
With this addition, Air Arabia now performs eight destinations from Ras Al Khaimah, including Cairo, Islamabad, Lahore, Peshawar, Jeddah, Calicut, and Moscow. The carrier also serves non-stop flights to Tashkent from Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
