Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and the Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) have signed a strategic collaboration agreement to evaluate the development of a shared services model focused on boosting productivity and fostering innovation through AI and digital technology.
ADNOC and DMT will explore opportunities across key areas such as urban planning, infrastructure development, and system standardization. The agreement emphasizes knowledge exchange in fields such as AI, advanced technologies, talent development, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives to benefit local communities.
The signing ceremony was attended by His Excellency Dr. Sultan Ahmed Al Jaber, UAE Minister of Industry and Advanced Technology and ADNOC’s CEO, and His Excellency Mohammed Ali Al Shorafa Al Hammadi, Chairman of DMT. The agreement was signed by His Excellency Dr. Saif Al Nasseri, Undersecretary of DMT, and Saif Al Falahi, Executive Vice President of ADNOC Group Business Support.

The collaboration builds on ADNOC and DMT’s long-standing relationship, including their efforts to establish community service centers throughout Abu Dhabi. The partners aim to enhance service delivery by developing plans to optimize processes, initiate an expert exchange program, and organize workshops to share best practices.
