Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) has secured the prestigious Gold Award at the International Customer Experience Awards 2024, celebrating its excellent service standards. The ceremony was held in the United Kingdom, where ADJD was acknowledged for its advanced service system and adherence to global best practices in meeting customer expectations.
Counselor Yousef Saeed Al Abri, ADJD Undersecretary, underscored the achievement as a testament to the department’s commitment to the UAE leadership vision. Yousef Saeed Al Abri acknowledged the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Presidential Court, and Chairman of ADJD, in driving merit and innovation in government services.
