Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (QCC) has announced the launch of two conformity certificate issuance services, the Personnel Conformity Certificate and the Certificate of Conformity for Individual Services, through the Jawdah system.
QCC declared that the services are in accordance with the Abu Dhabi Program for Effortless Customer Experience 2022, which was launched by the Abu Dhabi government and implemented by the Abu Dhabi Digital Authority.
According to Dr. Helal Humaid Al Kaabi, secretary general of QCC, the implementation of the customer experience program will shorten the processes and time taken to avail services as well as reduce the number of required documents and result in customer satisfaction.
The secretary general added that “by offering the service through the QCC website, customers now have a single window to obtain conformity certificates through designated centers after fulfilling the requirements.”
According to Mr. Badr Khamis Al Shumaili, executive director of the Compliance Services and Standards Sector at QCC, the programs will enhance the quality of services, and reduced costs, simultaneously strengthening public-private partnerships.
The Abu Dhabi Program for Effortless Customer Experience is designed with international standards and concentrates on improving the quality of the customer experience. To achieve this, investments in human capital are made, along with providing comprehensive training programs on customer experience related to services from government agencies.
The program has four aspects, including strategic direction, design, development, and service provision, and relies on five strategic drivers as per the customer experience policy and guide of the Abu Dhabi Government.
The introduction of new services will further enhance the reputation of the emirate as a leading centre for business and government services.
