Abu Dhabi: The Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) and its affiliated organizations have won three Diamond Level and Gold Level Awards at the Harvard International Business Council Award 2022.
DMT received the Gold Level Award for Freejna Smart Application and the Diamond Level Award for Municipal Electronic Classification Systems. For managing the COVID-19 epidemic, Al Ain City Municipality (AAM) received the Diamond Level Award, and for providing excellent customer service, it received the Gold Level award.

It is an honor to be recognized by Harvard Business Council and win these awards. We continuously innovate and look for new ways to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Mr. Ahbabi added that DMT strives to implement the latest innovations and efficient governance to provide the highest level of service.
AAM also won the Gold Level Award for its Al Ain City Municipality Innovation Management System under the category of innovation, while the Integrated Transport Centre achieved the Diamond Level Award for its DARB Tolling System.

The Award is given annually by the Harvard Business Council to people and organizations whose initiatives and endeavors have benefited the environment and society.
Harvard International Business Council Award is regarded as one of the most prestigious international awards that emphasizes comprehensive quality management and seeks to evaluate institutions across a range of industries based on their degree of excellence and how well they implement best practices.
