Abu Dhabi: One of the biggest events in the UAE’s Emiratization calendar, Tawdheef x Zaheb, has begun its 16th Edition at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Center (ADNEC).
The three-day recruitment event, under the patronage of Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, was rebranded to better serve the needs and aspirations of young Emiratis as well as the constantly shifting requirements of employers. In its new form, the platform focuses on empowering and enabling both young Emiratis and potential employers to benefit from the UAE government’s expanded Emiratisation programs.
As the leading platform for Emiratization in the UAE, young Emiratis attend the exhibition to learn about upcoming careers, connect with corporate executives and government officials, and network with prospective employers.
At the event, a series of micro-events and interactive and immersive seminars will allow freshers to receive vital knowledge from seasoned professionals while showing their own skills and capabilities. A major feature is expected to be the empowerment stage, which offers a variety of Career Advancement programs.
Themes for this year include developing future-ready skills to understand how innovation shapes the UAE’s knowledge economy. The event also promotes Artificial Intelligence to accelerate career preparation and identify ways that young people can take the lead in creating a sustainable future. In addition, Tawdheef x Zaheb will provide Career Preparedness Workshops that are centered on specialized and well-liked subjects including networking, and interviewing.
The event’s organizers have made an effort to make it accessible to people with disabilities so that they may participate in the field’s expanding job market. In order to further address the needs of People of Determination, they have teamed with ImInclusive to jointly organize three sessions and workshops at The Empowerment Stage.
