Sharjah: Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB) has launched a new cohort of its flagship Ruwaad 2025 program, focused on qualifying and training selected Emirati professionals to thrive in the evolving banking and financial sector. The initiative is part of the bank’s strategic approach to talent development and nationalization.
The Ruwaad 2025 program offers a specialized training framework emphasizing leadership, technical expertise, and professional advancement. This aligns with SIB’s vision of creating a sustainable pipeline of highly skilled banking professionals. Participants receive intensive training designed to enhance their capabilities across various aspects of banking operations.
To mark the launch, SIB organized an introductory session attended by Fadheela AL Marzouqi, Head of Human Resources, and Hakam Abu Zarour, Chief Operating Officer of SIB.
The session provided participants with an overview of the program, its objectives, and the training roadmap, while highlighting the comprehensive support offered throughout the journey.

The program includes specialized courses on leadership development, managerial skills, and technical competencies. Participants also benefit from practical exposure through job rotations across multiple banking divisions. Mentorship sessions are provided by senior SIB leaders to enable direct guidance and knowledge sharing.
