Ajman: The “Ajman Food Festival,” which will debut on 9th March 2023 in Ajman Marina, is being organised by the Ajman Department of Economic Development (Ajman DED) and the Ajman Tourist Development Department (ATDD).
38 exhibitors from the most renowned cafes and restaurants will take part in the festival over the course of the four days. The event features a variety of entertaining activities, live cooking demonstrations, competitions, and workshops that are appropriate for both adults and children in a fun-filled environment.
Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser Al Nuaimi, Director of Business Development Administration at the Ajman DED, stated that, “The Ajman Food Festival comes to support national projects, investors in the food and beverage sector, and owners of small and medium enterprises (SME), and to spread the culture of entrepreneurship in society, which has become a development requirement for building the UAE economy, and to support the objective of sustainable economic development.”
“The Festival promotes ambitious ideas that support Ajman’s economy and contributes to developing the confidence among partners and the public,” Sheikh Al Nuaimi added.
Mr. Mahmoud Khalil Al Hashemi, Director-General of the ATDD, remarked that, “The Festival will contribute to enhancing the tourist attractions, supporting the Emirati entrepreneurs’ projects, and contributing to raising Ajman’s position among the best tourist destinations in the region, due to the increase in visitors’ confidence in it as a preferred destination for tourism and travel.”
Mr. Al Hashemi emphasised that the festival showcases the tastiest cuisine through extraordinary opportunities for food enthusiasts and a range of activities, such as cooking demonstrations, entertainment activities, and competitions.
